Mark Crawford, the director of MCL, has been involved with commissioning and commissioning management of building services for close to thirty years, both in the UK and in NZ. MCL was established mid-2019 so Mark could focus on his passion: delivering high quality commissioning management service. Prior to this Mark was a technical director of a large NZ consultancy company providing building services engineering and commissioning services
